PRESTOConcept is an IT system ideally suited to the structure and needs of any modern business. Its modular design grants unprecedented configuration flexibility.

The unique preparatory process that our customers receive helps to make every PRESTOconcept system an individualized product. One which allows you to have final say on the adjustment of system functionalities to meet the needs of your printing house and also provides the ability to place orders for modules and optional functionalities in accordance with your ideas. An essential element of the implementation process is running a communication audit which makes it possible to diagnose any potential problems. As a result, you can be confident that the PRESTOconcept system will be implemented within your company exactly as you need it.

PRESTOconcept on any platform

PRESTOconcept is independent of any particular hardware or software.  It works on almost all environments including: Microsoft Win95, Win97, WinME, WinNT, WinXP, WinVista, Windows7, Mac OS, Mac OS X, Mac OS X Leopard, Linux, Unix, BSD, Solaris, BeOS, OS/2.

A change of hardware or software platforms in which PRESTOconcept has been implemented, will not entail additional costs.  It is also possible to adapt PRESTOconcept to work with laptop computers (PocketPC, TabletPC, PalmOS), a useful feature for sales representatives for example.

Business mobility

In the case that an employee is sick or absent, he/she can perform some of his duties remotely (e.g. offer preparation, registering activities with customers in the CRM, etc.). PRESTOconcept can also provide an ideal mobile solution for companies whose branches are scattered over various locations.  The use of PRESTOconcept can help to unify various branches into one single functioning whole.  Parts of PRESTOconcept can also be made accessible to any subcontractors who are involved in the process of fulfilling orders. Our system makes it possible to automatically transfer any task-related information that the subcontractor needs to realize an order.
