IdeaSystems, is a producer and supplier of dedicated CRM and MIS systems for the printing and marketing industries. The company was set up in 2008 with the aim of providing IT-based business solutions which combine the needs of our customers with the latest and best technological capabilities. New innovative services, solutions for customers and a constant focus on excellent customer support are the factors which define the ethos and direction of our company.

In 2012, IdeaSystems Ltd. was featured in ‘Business Leader of Lubusz’ - a very prestigious Polish business competition designed to recognise the best companies of the Lubusz region of Poland.

PRESTO is a modern, intelligent MIS platform created by IdeaSystems and dedicated to the comprehensive support of all key business processes in retail and service companies. PRESTO is a multi-lingual and multi-currency solution, perfectly adapted to the operating specifics of international companies. Within the PRESTO framework are solutions which are especially dedicated to specific business fields: PRESTOprint - for the printing industry, PRESTOconcept - for the advertising industry, and PRESTOoutdoor - for the management of advertising media.  The PRESTO platform has been successfully implemented in more than 40 companies of various sizes, ranging from small businesses which employ 10-15 employees, to large market-leading firms.

IdeaSystems also has extensive experience in the implementation of projects that are co-financed by the European Union within the framework of regional and national developmental programs. Together with the European Centre for Financial Advice, IdeaSystems offers its clients advice on how to obtain co-financing. IdeaSystems also provides IT consulting and business services, and in order to best meet the needs of our customers we offer a full service including DELL server solutions, matrices, specialized workstations for graphic design studios and help in the creation of effective infrastructural IT networks.

Our long-term cooperation with Comarch SA, a world leader in the integration of information systems, has resulted in the creation of an integrated ERP system for company management. For SMEs, we offer full integration with the Comarch ERP Optima system, while for medium and large companies, we offer full integration with Comarch Altum ERP.
