By logging intothe module, yourcustomer acquires the abilityto review the project anychanges or amendments.This provides the graphics department withan important opportunity to gain first approval of projects from customerswithout needing direct contact with them.

Virtual meetings

Web-to-concept makes it possible to plan on-line consultations and meetings with clients,and organise virtual meetings with customers specific times. The full integration ofthe Web-to-Concept of scheduler function provides for efficient time management.

Online consultation

The ability to consult on-line in real timecan increase the efficiency of the graphics department by eliminating the time needed to get feedback from the customer using traditional communication channels (e-mail, phone).  The web-to-concept module also eliminates the risk of a situation in which the customeris not able to properly view the graphic file or colour scheme.
